Spec information for Artwork and Layout
Artwork Files: Please send the artwork in all of the following files: .AI in the version used, .AI in a format that can be read in CS4 and CS5, Editable PDF. Online services such as We Transfer work great for delivering large files and work past the Chinese Firewall.
Card Layout: Either horizontal or vertical is acceptable, both templates have been attached. Please make sure artwork bleeds off of the template so that the card looks complete and high quality when printed and cut.
Outline Fonts: Remember to outline all fonts prior to sending us the artwork so that all aspects of the artwork are laid out as vectors, nothing as text.
Button Placement: You may choose the placement of the buttons as long as they are grouped together on ONE side of the screen.
Screen placement: slight adjustments can be made to the placement of the video screen on the card from where it has been laid out on the template. Please send us examples of what you want to do if your idea on how to lay out the screen is drastically different so we can give final approval.
